About Our Agency: Our agency opened in 2021 and is a team of five built on strong relationships, growth, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and gained experience in financial planning, which continues to shape how we support our customers. I attended the University of Central Oklahoma and am married with three children. Family is a big part of who I am, and that carries into how I lead and support my team. Role Description: Blake Jordan - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
