Compensation: Uncapped commission, with potential path to equity partnership for the right candidate.

About Us: We are opening a new Floor and Kitchen showroom in Greenville, South Carolina, offering cabinets, countertops, vanities, showers, flooring, wall panels, doors, and windows sourced directly from manufacturers, cutting out the middleman to deliver competitive pricing on quality products. We serve both trade professionals (contractors, builders, designers) and retail homeowners. Our warehouse is located in Spartanburg, SC, supporting fast turnaround and inventory availability for the showroom.

We're looking for someone to run the day-to-day of the new showroom, greeting walk-ins, meeting with contractors, presenting product lines, and helping close deals, as we get this location up and running and growing.

What You'll Do:

• Be the day-to-day, on-site presence in the showroom, open it, staff it, and run it.
• Meet with and build relationships with contractors, builders, and designers (B2B) as well as retail customers (B2C) who walk in
• Present and sell our full product line: cabinetry, countertops, vanities, showers, flooring, wall panels, doors, and windows
• Coordinate with the Spartanburg warehouse on inventory, orders, and delivery timelines.
• Help identify and grow new trade accounts
• Contribute to growth strategy as the showroom and business scale

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in building materials, construction products, or home improvement sales (B2B and/or B2C)
• Comfortable being the primary point of contact in a showroom setting; you're not behind a desk; you're on the floor with customers and contractors.
• Strong closing skills and relationship-building ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by uncapped earning potential rather than a fixed paycheck
• Long-term interest in the business; for the right person, this includes a path toward equity partnership

Compensation Structure:

• Uncapped commission on sales (structure open for discussion with strong candidates)
• Potential equity partnership opportunity for candidates interested in a larger, longer-term stake in the business
