Imperial Health Outpatient ClinicJob Title:Physical Therapist Clinical DirectorThis position is:Full-time (Monday - Friday)Position Location:Lake Charles, LA GENNERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:The Physical Therapist Clinical Director will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients who have health conditions that limit their ability to move and perform everyday activities. This position will be required to provide direction and leadership to support staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansImplement and monitor therapeutic exercises and activitiesProvide education to patients on injury prevention and at-home exerciseCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patientsMaintain accurate and timely documentationEvaluate and maintain equipmentProvide direction and leadership to support staffREQUIREMENTS:BS, MS, or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institutionValid Physical Therapy license in the state of LouisianaMinimum of 5 years of experience in an outpatient therapy setting as a Physical TherapistMinimum of 5 years of Team Lead/Supervisor Experience
