About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Emergency Cash, a pivotal role in the organization's mission to provide direct cash assistance to those in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling emergency response operations, with a focus on building and maintaining strong operating systems, strategic priorities, and compelling positioning within the humanitarian ecosystem. This includes owning performance management systems, driving strategic planning processes, and leading initiatives to enhance the organization's brand and trust with stakeholders. Key qualifications include strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
