Work Location: Port Orange, Daytona Beach & Ormond Beach, FL | In Person | Multiple Client Facilities

Compensation: $16–$17 per hour, based on experience and assignment

Daroq Inc., a Jani-King franchisee, is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial / Custodial Employees to provide professional cleaning services at client facilities throughout Port Orange, Daytona Beach, and Ormond Beach, Florida.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate consistent attendance, communicate professionally, and can work independently while maintaining high cleaning standards.

This is a part-time position with variable scheduling. No minimum weekly hours are guaranteed. Work assignments, schedules, and locations are determined by operational requirements and client needs.

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.

• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.

• Replenish paper products, soap, and other facility supplies.

• Complete assigned daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks.

• Properly handle and maintain cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and client-specific cleaning requirements.

• Report maintenance concerns, damaged property, supply shortages, and safety hazards promptly.

• Use the company mobile application for timekeeping, schedules, communication, and task completion.

• Travel between assigned client locations when scheduled.

• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful conduct at all client facilities.

• Follow facility access, security, and confidentiality requirements.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Previous professional janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Training may be provided.

• Must have reliable transportation to assigned client facilities.

• Must be available to work at designated locations throughout Port Orange, Daytona Beach, and Ormond Beach.

• Must be able to use a smartphone-based application for scheduling, timekeeping, communication, and task management.

• Must demonstrate consistent attendance, punctuality, reliability, and professional communication.

• Must be able to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Must maintain professional conduct and comply with company and client facility policies.

• Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must complete applicable pre-employment requirements, including required background screening.

Reliable attendance and timely communication are essential requirements of employment with Daroq Inc.

Employees are expected to:

• Report to work on time for all accepted and assigned shifts.

• Follow company procedures for reporting absences, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.

• Notify management as soon as reasonably possible when unable to report for a scheduled shift.

• Maintain communication regarding work availability and scheduling.

• Respond to work-related communications within reasonable timeframes during agreed-upon availability.

• Follow established attendance and call-out procedures.

Repeated unexcused absences, failure to follow attendance procedures, or failure to maintain required communication may result in corrective action, up to and including termination, subject to applicable law and protected leave or accommodation rights.

This position is part-time. Weekly hours are variable, and no minimum number of hours is guaranteed.
