Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to lead medium-to-large commercial, industrial and MEP projects from preconstruction through closeout. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive project schedules (MS Project); track critical path and recovery plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, invoices and change orders.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors and in-house teams for seamless system integration.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals and RFIs for constructability and code compliance.
• Administer contracts, subcontractor agreements and claims/change management.
• Maintain project documentation via Procore, Viewpoint and Bluebeam.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and QC checks; enforce HSE/OSHA compliance.
• Serve as primary owner/client representative; provide regular progress reporting.
• Mentor project engineers, superintendents and junior PMs.
• Oversee commissioning, testing and handover.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Support pre-bid estimating and constructability reviews.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive construction PM experience in commercial, industrial, MEP or manufacturing; ground-up construction experience preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and MEP systems; experience reviewing shop drawings/submittals.
• Proficient in Procore, Viewpoint, Bluebeam, MS Project.
• Strong contract administration, cost control and change-order management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills; team mentoring experience.
• Solid understanding of OSHA/construction safety standards (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Experience with procurement, subcontractor negotiation and multi-project management.
• Comfortable in fast-paced industrial/commercial jobsites; valid driver's license, able to travel.
