We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload while providing exceptional advocacy and support to injured clients from intake through settlement. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from inception through settlement. Conduct client consultations and case evaluations. Develop case strategy and provide legal guidance throughout the claims process. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers. Review medical records, liability issues, and damages. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure an outstanding client experience. Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and other legal professionals. Draft demand packages and other case-related correspondence. Qualifications Active license to practice law in Rhode Island or Massachusetts . Personal injury experience preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills. Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseload. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Starting salary of $85,000 during the first year. Commission-based compensation beginning after the first year, offering substantial earning potential.
