Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, using standardized tools and personalized interviews to tailor your approach.

• Develop individual treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they're aligned with their personal treatment goals and preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions primarily through teletherapy, applying solution-focused techniques to facilitate progress in clients' mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities to handle varied caseloads effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n
