$979.20/week - Job Summary: The Acute Care CNA provides essential nursing assistance to patients in a structured medical setting, supporting the delivery of quality care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role involves direct patient interaction within a Med/Surg environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Administer basic nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Support professional nursing staff with patient assessments and monitoring. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene and mobility. Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with clinical standards. Maintain a safe and clean environment to promote patient well-being. Follow all infection control and safety protocols strictly. Qualifications: Hold a valid CNA certification/license. Demonstrate knowledge of patient care procedures relevant to acute care settings. Possess effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and regulatory standards. Prior experience in Med/Surg units is preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
