Payroll/Data Entry ClerkWe are seeking to add a Payroll/Data Entry Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. This role will support our Payroll department to process payroll transactions for our Company.Job Summary: processing timesheets, updating payroll records and answering employee questions about payments. Ultimately, you'll ensure employees are compensated correctly and on time. If you have great attention to detail and outstanding analytical and numerical skills, we'd like to meet you. We process 1800+ employees weeklyDuties and ResponsibilitiesUpdate employee information for payroll purposesProcess and verify weekly payrollCollect payroll data and timesheetsEnter verified time into payroll system with proper coding and ratesAnswer and resolve all payroll related issues timelyEscalate issues when necessaryMaintain and document transactionsProcess garnishment ordersProcess client invoicing and reportingPerform special projects and other tasks as requestedAble to work well and communicate with other branches and departmentsRequirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.Previous payroll experience a plus!Computer, math, and organizational skillsAttention to detailProficient in Microsoft ExcelValid Driver License
