Server / Bartender

Tipsy Yeti Restaurant & Bar is a growing restaurant and bar looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Server / Bartender to join our team.

We are looking for someone who understands that great restaurant service is about more than taking orders. The right person is punctual, clean, organized, attentive to guests, and willing to help wherever needed.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
• Keep tables clean, organized, and properly set throughout service
• Reset and prepare tables promptly for incoming guests
• Assist teammates during busy periods and help wherever needed
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, bar, and service areas
• Follow restaurant procedures for food safety, alcohol service, and guest service
• Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and preparing for the next service
• Work as part of a team to create a positive guest experience

• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy services
• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable requirements
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
