Athletic Trainer

Job Summary: Athletic Trainer We are looking for a Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainer to work with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists and athletic trainers to rehabilitate patients of all ages and activity levels, including elite athletes and non‑athlete adults. The AT will perform comprehensive evaluations, provide hands‑off manual therapy, resistance training, and progressive functional rehabilitation, and educate patients on anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention. Conduct thorough movement assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement manual therapy, dry needling, shock wave, NMES and resistance training protocols. Educate patients on functional biomechanics, proprioception, neuromuscular recruitment, and progressions of movement patterns. Collaborate with physical therapists and PTAs to coordinate care for post‑operative and non‑surgical cases. Mentor new graduates and students, providing regular feedback and supervision. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and work within established protocols. Qualifications Active certification and licensure as an Athletic Trainer. Experience in functional movement, manual therapy, and progressive resistance training. Strong educational skills and ability to convey complex biomechanical concepts to patients. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous learning and evidence‑based practice.
