Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift (Days and Nights, 4x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple units, including Level 3 NICU and Level 2 Adult ICU, with flexibility to float between departments as needed
• Deliver patient care in accordance with hospital acuity-based staffing ratios
• Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and monitoring for neonatal and adult critical care patients
• Adapt to rotating day and night shift assignments as determined by unit scheduling needs
• Participate in weekend rotations every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement
• Commit to working a defined number of designated holidays as required by the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• NICU Level III or IV experience is a hard-stop requirement
• Level 2 Adult ICU experience required
• Must be flexible with rotating shift assignments between days and nights

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a travel or agency staffing capacity within critical care settings
• Demonstrated ability to float between departments and adapt quickly to varying patient populations
