Station Dental Group – Wheat Ridge Office Manager position. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the daily operations of the Wheat Ridge office. Foster a positive, patient-centered culture for both team members and patients. Recruit, train, coach, and develop office staff. Monitor key performance indicators, office goals, and financial performance. Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and overall office productivity. Partner with providers to support clinical and business objectives. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications Previous dental practice management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing team performance and office operations. Knowledge of scheduling, insurance, collections, and patient relations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dentrix experience preferred.
