Description: Shift starts at 6:45 am. Unit consists of 13 operating rooms. The patient ratios are not applicable. The unit staff includes secretaries and surgical techs. The types of equipment used are not specified. Documentation is through a specific system. There are no floating policies in place. There are expectations for patient experience as per hospital specifics. Procedures performed include orthopedics, robotics, bariatrics, neuro, and general surgeries. Scrubs are provided as part of the required uniform. Please attach unit-specific policies and guidelines for further information. Consider new equipment or technology that enhances the work environment. The unit has a robust orthopedics program focusing on total knees, hips, and complex revisions. There are three Xi robots available for surgical procedures, covering various specialties. This unit offers a supportive and advanced environment for professionals in the field.
