Shifts: Nights 4 x 12s (36 hour contract option also available for different pay rate)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments as prescribed
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter insertion, and IV starts
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
