What You’ll Be Doing Our Pickers and Packers are the heartbeat of fulfillment—pulling accurate orders, packing up boxes with care, and ensuring speedy delivery to customers around the world. Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Pick/Pack Associates Base Pay: $15.50/hour PLUS Earn More with Productivity Incentives! Boost your pay by an extra $2–$10/hour based on your productivity. Schedule (5 days/week) Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Job Requirements Must have reliable transportation to work. Excellent record of attendance. Self‑motivated, organized and able to meet deadlines. Ability to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to work as part of a team and effectively communicate in one‑on‑one and small group situations to all members of the team.
