We are seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to provide dedicated support to clients in the San Fernando Valley. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, offering companionship, and ensuring their health and safety in a supportive home environment. Each aide will focus on one client and work daytime shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals
- Perform housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client health and report changes
Required Qualifications
- HCA Certificate
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level home care experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong patient care skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Empathy and compassion
