Senior IT Business Analysis Specialist

Marsh & McLennan Shared Services LLC is seeking candidates for the following full-time position based in the Phoenix, AZ office (A hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with company policies.)

We will count on you to:

• Plan, develop, and implement technology- and process-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, clients, and vendors to identify business needs, define process requirements and systems specifications, and implement solutions.
• Define requirements and deliver finalized products after agreement with client and manager.
• Handle delivery for Application Development and QA testing.
• Update and maintain requirement documents throughout application development life cycle.
• Act as subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice to internal application users on specific product tools to properly configure and run moderate to complex survey analytical projects.
• Run data analysis to evaluate application usage trends and identify improvement opportunities.

What you need to have:

• Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Science, or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or a related position. Employer will accept pre-/post-Master's experience.
• Must have four (4) years of experience with all of the following: Managing global development and rollout of enterprise components; Leading Agile ceremonies by working with developers, testers, UI/UX designers, POs, and business stakeholders using Azure DevOps; Scrum board grooming, feature prioritization, managing user story dependency, and documenting action items and feedback every sprint; Agile/Scrum project management methodologies; Identifying roadblocks and working with support teams to remove impediments; Executing product roadmaps by working with technology stakeholders to finalize product backlog and release plans; Managing and spearheading Operational Acceptance Criteria (governance) process to evaluate operational readiness of applications; Managing financials and budget for portfolio by projecting forecasts, tracking actuals, and reconciling variance.
• Less than 5% domestic and international travel may be required to various and unanticipated company and client sites.
