About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Global Channels to lead the strategic development and execution of its worldwide partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the global channel strategy, including partner segmentation, tiering, and go-to-market approaches across various partner types. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in channel sales and partner management, and a proven track record in building and scaling channel programs that drive significant revenue growth, particularly in the enterprise software sector. The VP will also be tasked with owning global channel revenue targets, leading a team of regional Channel Account Managers, and fostering relationships with both new and existing strategic partners. Applicants for the VP of Global Channels position at the company should possess a strong background in partner economics, deal registration, and tiered partner frameworks. The role requires a leader with deep expertise in the field, capable of influencing at the C-suite level and with experience in co-developing go-to-market plans with partners. Familiarity with channel sales in regulated industries is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, and be prepared to travel up to 40% for partner engagements and industry events.
