Community Engagement Manager

About The Role This role owns Volta's voice across social media, community, and external communications - building awareness and engagement as Volta scales from launch into a recognised name in AI infrastructure. You will shape how Volta shows up publicly at a pivotal moment for the company, balancing fast-moving social content with the discipline good corporate communications requires. What You Will Be Doing Own Volta's social media strategy, content calendar, and channel management Build and grow community engagement across relevant platforms and forums Draft and coordinate external communications, including announcements and thought leadership content Partner with leadership on executive social media presence and messaging Monitor brand sentiment and engagement, adjusting strategy based on performance Coordinate with product and engineering teams to source technical content for external audiences Support crisis or sensitive communications as needed What You Bring Experience in social media management, community engagement, or corporate communications Strong writing skills and a clear sense of brand voice Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment Experience building community or engagement in a technical or B2B audience is a plus Data-informed approach to content and channel strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr Volta
