Housekeeping Supervisor

Join our team! We are looking for a dependable, positive, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly team at Residence Inn by Marriott in Avondale.
We take pride in creating a welcoming, respectful, and team-oriented work environment where everyone works together to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.
What you'll do:
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team each day.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Assign rooms and monitor daily housekeeping progress.
- Train, coach, and encourage team members.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Address guest requests and housekeeping concerns.
- Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams.
- Lead by example and help create a positive team culture.
Schedule:
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Weekend availability is required, including some weekend as needed.
- Must be willing to adjust your schedule based on hotel occupancy
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, friendly, and take pride in their work. Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to lead are just as important.
