Hotel Front Desk Manager

You’ll be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary. Responsibilities: • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Supervise current front desk staff and hire and train new staff to make sure they’re providing excellent customer service and implementing hotel policies • Oversee all operations at the front desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest • Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED) • Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired • At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role • Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
