Responsibilities: Provide Level I-Level III care to clients, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with mobility, gait training, and transfers using assistive devices Administer medications and perform wound care as needed Monitor and maintain client safety, reporting any concerns to supervisors or case managers Provide companionship, socialization, and caregiver respite to clients Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Must hold a current N.C. unencumbered Nurse Aide I Certificate issued by the Division of Facility Services (Guidelines/Regulations per the NA I and Health Care Personnel Registry) Possession of a valid N.C. driver's license Reliable vehicle for travel to and from client homes Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a CNA or in a healthcare setting Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid Knowledge of local community resources and services What We Offer: Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment Flexible scheduling and opportunities for overtime #J-18808-Ljbffr Ashe Services For Aging, Inc.
