Who You Are We welcome applicants from all work backgrounds and experience levels--our tax preparation training program will teach you everything you need to know about taxes. All you need to bring is: A passion for providing extraordinary customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you love talking to people!). The ability to thrive and stay energized in a fast-paced environment.
