Job Duties: Monitors equipment to detect jams, malfunctions and improper temperature. Ensure finish product quality and makes adjustments to controls when necessary. Adjusts equipment controls like temperature and water. Removes product jams and residue from oven plates. Lubricates equipment according to a maintenance schedule. Be able to work quickly and efficiently to minimize equipment downtime. Record production data.
