This role is paying $30/hr - $35/hr, based on experience plus premier benefits!Job Summary:Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfactionProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsInspect service jobs for safety and workmanshipDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesSupervising 2–6-man crews, ensuring they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measuresCandidate Qualifications:Prior experience in Commercial Roofing is Required (5 years)Worked with rubber roofs, especially with leaksSome materials include: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod.
