Schedule

1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Potential for up to 10 hours of mandatory overtime on Fridays when business needs require.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help assemble advanced medical diagnostic systems by combining mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into finished equipment.

Your day may include:

• Using hand tools and power tools to assemble components and subassemblies
• Installing wiring, tubing, and mechanical parts
• Following detailed step-by-step assembly instructions
• Reading diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
• Testing and verifying equipment performance
• Troubleshooting minor assembly issues
• Inspecting your work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Documenting completed work using computer systems
• Working with a team to meet production goals
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Every machine you build plays a role in helping healthcare professionals provide critical patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembly or manufacturing experience
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or diagrams
• Electrical wiring or mechanical assembly experience
• Experience working with small parts and precision tools
• Experience in automotive, maintenance, or technical trades

Work Environment

You'll work in a modern, clean, and temperature-controlled manufacturing facility where quality and safety are top priorities. Most of your day will be spent at your own workstation assembling components using hand and power tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
