Job Summary The candidate will participate on engineering teams performing design, development, and integration of RMS test products within the Test Systems Solution Center (TSSC). They will contribute to the development of all stages of test product development for RMS products and manage mechanical tasks while coordinating with other functional areas to ensure quality and reliability. Responsibilities Participate in the design, development, and integration of RMS test products within TSSC. Manage mechanical tasks and coordinate with other functional areas to ensure quality and reliability of TSSC products. Develop engineering prototypes and production test equipment. Work with various trades and designs for developmental programs within the Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HWIL) organization. Perform system design and integration activities within HWIL facilities. What You Will Learn System level knowledge of developmental programs within HWIL. Advanced signal generation and presentation across IF and RF test environments. Experience working across a multi‑disciplined group of engineers. Qualifications Must Have Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with Creo Parametric or comparable CAD modeling products. Experience applying geometric dimensioning and tolerancing methods. Ability to manage personal workload to meet assigned deadlines. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Preferred Experience and willingness to write technical documentation. Strong business acumen. Familiarity with electrical hardware design. Creation of engineering estimates for work to be performed. Compensation Salary range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD.
