We’re looking for a hands‑on Engineering Working Leader in Albuquerque, NM to support manufacturing, drive process improvements, and add capacity to our growing engineering team. This role has significant advancement potential!!
What You’ll Do:
• Lead continuous improvement efforts
• Support production teams and resolve non‑conformities
• Drive root‑cause analysis & corrective actions
• Strengthen NPI processes
• Improve workflows, testing, and documentation
• Partner with customers and internal teams
• Create metrics, procedures, and project timelines
Qualifications
• B.S. or higher in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• 7+ years in manufacturing industry
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work hands‑on with minimal supervision
• Experience with SPC, workflows, and process optimization
• Lean Six Sigma preferred
