Internship Overview We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven Business Analytics Intern for an 8‑week summer internship to support our customer GSO AGT Sales and Proposals team and the SGT‑A35 New Units team. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to sales, bidding and business operations within a complex industrial environment. The intern will contribute to data‑driven insights for sales and bid‑related metrics, while also supporting improvement initiatives focused on stakeholder alignment across business and operations planning. What You Will Do Analyze sales and bid‑related data to support performance tracking, reporting and decision‑making for the GSO AGT Sales and Proposal team. Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards, metrics and summaries related to sales pipeline, bid outcomes and proposal performance. Support the SGT‑A35 New Units team in identifying improvement opportunities for cross functional stakeholder alignment. Analyze business and operations planning processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improved coordination. Prepare clear and concise presentations, reports and insights for business and operational stakeholders. Participate in team meetings and support ad‑hoc analytical and business improvement initiatives as assigned. What You Will Bring Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, Economics, Finance or a related business discipline. Strong analytical skills with an interest in data analysis, performance metrics and business insights. Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Data Visualization tools (Eg: Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across sales, operation and business teams. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to manage tasks effectively within a short internship timeframe. Pay Range ($12 to $16/hr). Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements This role is considered an on‑site position located in Houston,TX . You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
