LPN Nights

LPN LTC LPN Nights Avantara Groton LTC / Nursing Homes. Will have OT some weeks, cannot guarantee every week. Can guarantee 48 if they do 3 noc and 1 day. Mostly Night shifts and 12's, but must be open. Computerized charting and MARs to pass meds; must be competent in doing blood draws. Scrubs: Nurses in both buildings wear ceal blue but Tim said he is ok with the nurses wearing any color.

TIME CARD REQUIREMENTS
Our expectations for every Primetime employee are:
1- Clock in on our timeclock; the time on our timeclock must be identical to the time on Primetime's timesheet.
2- Have a nurse verify timecard to timeclock.
3- Must take a half hour break for every full shift worked; if a double is worked then 2 half hour breaks must be taken. When taking a half hour break the aide must clock in and out. Their timesheet must reflect the time of punching in and out. They need to put 12:00p-12:30p instead of 30 minutes.
4- A copy of their timesheet must be left every day for our business office.
