Responsibilities include:/pp Providing friendly, sincere hospitality to every guest/pp Checking guests in/out with accuracy and efficiency/pp Responding to guest, community, and university-related inquiries/pp Assisting with crisis or urgent guest needs professionally and calmly/pp Conducting property tours/pp Coordinating guest services such as shuttle rides, package delivery, and special requests/pp Supporting a superior level of cleanliness and presentation across the facility/ppstrongWhat Were Looking For/strong/pp Exceptional customer service skills and a sincere desire to help others/pp Strong organizational and time-management abilities/pp Positive energy and a team-first mindset/pp Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment/pp Excellent verbal communication skills/pp Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability/pp Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends/pp Competence with basic computer programs/pp Valid drivers license and good driving record (required)/pp Knowledge of Champaign-Urbana is a plus/pp Physical ability to perform occasional light labor/pp Previous hotel experience is welcome but not required/ppstrongAbout the I Hotel Illinois Conference Center/strong/ppLocated just south of the State Farm Center at 1900 S.
