This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• Average Yearly Gross $85,000.00 Per Year

• CPM $0.75 - $0.79 Per Mile

• Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day

• JBI Loads $100.00 - $350.00 Per Load

• New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day

• Pallet Quality Check $215.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour
