Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
At Touching Hearts at Home, our caregivers do more than assist with daily tasks—they provide comfort, companionship, and peace of mind to seniors and their families.

We are currently hiring caregivers and CNAs and scheduling interviews now.
We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, helping our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities
CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Bereavement support and leave after family or client loss
Holiday pay
Jury duty and military leave
Bonuses (appreciation, retention, referrals)
Mileage and travel time reimbursement between clients
No cost daily pay (early access to earned wages)
