Experienced F&I ManagerOne of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee seeking an Experienced Finance Manager for our Infiniti Dealership. We will provide the tools to succeed in a fast-paced work force, with incentives and further job opportunities. You must have a Can-Do attitude to achieve targeted goals.Job Summary:We are currently seeking an Experienced F&I Manager to join our team!Gossett Motor Cars Benefits:Unsurpassed professional trainingTeam-oriented environmentAdvancement opportunitiesPaid trainingPaid vacationClosed on Sundays13 New Car BrandsHuge Used Car Inventory401kMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife and Disability CoverageEmployee car purchase programWellness programResponsibilities:Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitabilityFully proficient with title laws and registration processMaintains proficiency and certifications as required for the positionAutomotive Finance Manager accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes dealsEnsures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelinesAccurately prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers dealsPrepares proper documentation to be submitted to lenders or follows any other process that may be in place in their respective departmentEnsures the expeditious funding of all contractsQualifications:College degree preferred or equivalent experienceOne year minimum of automotive finance experience requiredThree years automotive or Finance Sales experienceKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresProfessional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiencyExcellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skillsMust possess the ability to “close”
