We partner with internal and external customers to provide quality integrations, secure & reliable connectivity, and deliver best-in-class customer experience by flawless connections that allow our customers to be connected to all our global TMS capabilities. Our efforts help KBX maintain a cohesive and unified technological ecosystem, facilitating better implementations and good customer experience. What You Will DoLead customer integration initiatives. This includes setting customer expectations and coordinating integration activities with external/Internal customers and internal tech teams. Collaborate with customer technical teams to understand their integration requirements and provide tailored integration solutions to our KBX Modern Technology Standards. Conduct integration mapping and perform integration testing on files to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Act as a subject matter expert for B2B customer integrations, providing guidance and support to customers and internal teams. Identify and troubleshoot technical integration challenges. Collaborate with B2B and KBX Product Teams to find effective solutions. Provide clear and consistent communication to customers throughout the integration process.   Develop user stories, participate in daily standups, and collaborate in backlog refinement sessions to ensure requirements are clearly defined and prioritizedDocument integration components, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency with internal and external customers. Utilize Dev/Ops and other tools to accurately track and manage integration progress. Leverage various tools in the integration process, i.e. Postman. Lucid, etc Develop customer current and future state process flows in collaboration with Customers, Developers and Platform Teams  Travel 10% expected Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in customer integration or customer implementationsExperience working with APIs, REST services, JSON, XML, EDI, or other data exchange technologies.Experience gathering and documenting business, process, data, or technical requirementsExperience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, or business documentation.Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.Experience supporting testing activities, including integration testing, system testing, or user acceptance testing.Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira or Postman or Lucidchart or VisioWhat Will Put You AheadBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information SystemsExperience supporting Transportation Management System integrationsExperience working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in Transportation Operations Experience conducting B2B integrationsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
