About the Role
The Company is seeking a Principal Security Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role in the expansion of its global SaaS platform. This role is essential in the current landscape, where security assurance is a key factor in customer acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will be the primary security and privacy subject matter expert for enterprise sales, responsible for accelerating revenue growth by instilling customer trust in the company's security, privacy, and AI governance capabilities. This involves leading security discussions, technical reviews, and risk management engagements, as well as influencing product and engineering investments to meet the needs of security-conscious and regulated industries. The role also includes supporting the adoption of responsible AI practices and raising security awareness across various teams. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 10 years' of professional experience in security-related fields, and a deep expertise in cybersecurity controls, cloud security, and related areas. Experience with security, privacy, and AI governance frameworks, as well as public cloud environments, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, security architecture, and a proven track record of applying AI technologies. Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or similar are a plus. The role requires a leader who can influence decisions, mentor others, and is dedicated to the highest standards of security and technical communication.
