Account Development Manager

Overview Organic Account Development Manager - LA, AR, MS Territory We are a rapidly expanding aesthetic company that offers its employees an entrepreneurial experience. The company, Marini SkinSolutions, formerly Jan Marini Skin Research, was founded in 1994 and is a recognized leader and innovator in skincare that focuses on expanding and improving the professional skincare market. MSS's primary focuses are to provide innovative technologies that deliver proven measurable results and an unwavering commitment to the ongoing success of our customers. We believe the Account Development Manager position is the most crucial part of the company. Our support and focus on this position is our number one priority. We are looking for candidates who want a career in the medical skincare industry and a dynamic sales environment. We offer growth opportunities within the account executive category, so there will continually be new challenges to strive toward. Responsibilities Training and Development: You will be put through a highly interactive training course from your home office by our education team. You will master our state-of-the-art CRM system, which is one of many tools provided for your success. New Account Development: Focus on opening new accounts on a monthly basis. This requires researching appropriate prospects and demonstrating the opportunity they must have to grow their business with MSS. Business Consultation: Manage multiple tasks and forecast your business weekly. Serve as the customer consultant handling post-sales support, customer product training, and ongoing growth support for your accounts. Sales Strategy: Provide actionable ideas to grow your customers’ business with each order. Act as an effective business consultant to your accounts. Sell-through of the account product is a priority, including brainstorming with accounts on how to achieve this. Performance Metrics: Be accountable for monthly/quarterly targets; success is rewarded with bonus and commission. Prospecting: Demonstrate prospecting skills to achieve a minimum of six qualified new opens every quarter. Routing and Account Cycle Visits: Plan and execute monthly routing and account cycle visits to maintain strong relationships, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities. Business Analysis: Analyze business needs and plan weekly activity to keep physicians, high-end spas, and licensed skincare facilities satisfied. Dynamic Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations of products and business ideas. Travel Opportunities: Travel outside the territory for trade shows and medical conferences as required to support growth. Compensation and Benefits We offer an exceptional compensation and benefits package. The base salary is competitive with a NO-CAP commission structure geared toward base and new business development. An annual performance-based plan is also available. The plan is designed to reward ongoing performance throughout the year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, group life, 401K match, paid holidays, and PTO. A monthly expense reimbursement includes a car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and other approved expenses.
