Contract | Days | 4x10 or 5x8 | No Weekends (Some Saturdays may be required) | 15 or 18 Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to neuro/ortho and medically complex patients in an outpatient setting
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska Physical Therapist License required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Background must be free of Nursys or background check hits per facility policy
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating neurological and orthopedic patient populations
• Experience working with medically complex patients in an outpatient environment
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
