This is a full‑time, hospital‑employed position offering an excellent work/life balance and a highly competitive compensation package. Position Highlights Full‑time Urgent Care physician Clinic Hours: Mon‑Fri 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM; weekends 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; holiday hours vary No on‑call requirements Compensation & Benefits

• 290,000 Salary Guarantee + Production Incentive
• 100,000 Starting Bonus
• 40,000 Longevity Bonus at completion of Year 3
• 15,000 Relocation Allowance
