Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring 2+ years of Cath Lab experience and active MD or Compact RN licensure.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab setting within a hospital environment
• Day shift, 10-hour shifts scheduled 7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Four 10-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week
• On-call required approximately every 4th weekend (one weekend per month) plus 1–2 weekday on-call days per month
• 30-minute response time required from initiation of call to arrival on site
• Holiday coverage on a rotation basis
• Epic EMR used

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of current Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed facility experience required for large academic medical center placements)
• Epic EMR experience required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate
• Provide specialized cardiac catheterization nursing care in a fast-paced procedural lab environment
