Senior Tax Manager

Senior Tax Manager position available with amazing forward thinking Tax and Accounting Firm in the Toledo, OH area! Direct Hire!
The Senior Tax Manager will play a key role in client service, staff development, process improvement and practice growth. This firm is rapidly expanding and seeking a Senior Tax Manager who wants expand their career, grow professionally in leadership and make a measurable impact! Primary responsibilities will include: Tax Compliance and Planning, Client Management, Leadership and Team Development, Process Improvement and Firm Growth.
Compensation expectation is $120-$150k annually with profit sharing and bonuses.
If you are looking for professional development, this firm offers opportunities for a Senior Tax Manager to advance into Director, Practice leader and Principal/Shareholder roles. They are committed to offering technical training, CPE, leadership development programs, CPA exam support and continuing education, participation in professional organizations such as AICPA and state CPA organizations, and mentorship from experienced leaders within the firm.
To be successful in this role, the Sr. Tax Manager will have:
- 6-10+ years of public tax accounting experience
- Proven experience actively supervising staff
- Proven client relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related required
- CPA is preferred but not required
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, UltraTax or similar
- Strong proficiency with Excel and other MS Office software
