This strategic priority is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility, and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats.The 1LMX Program Management Operations (PMO) within Enterprise Operations is hiring a Program Manager (Sr Stf) to be provide oversight for 1LMX Portfolios and Products.What You Will Be Doing:In this role, you will be responsible for the following:• Managing 1LMX product solutions across the enterprise and Business Areas to meet business needs• Overseeing overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product• Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets• Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules • Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications• Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX productsBasic Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 Years Project/Program Management experience- Minimum of 3 Years Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)- Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability- Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships- Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results- Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment- US Citizenship required due to system accessDesired Skills:-Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices- Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning- Project/program management experience in an Agile Development Environment- Experience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas- Experience in 1LMXClearance Level: NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
