That means no two days look the same, you'll build relationships with members and teammates all over Cincinnati, and you'll pick up new skills faster by learning how different teams operate. It's a great fit if you like variety, adapt quickly, and enjoy being the person every branch is glad to see walk in.What You'll Do:Greet members and handle transactions with speed and accuracyListen to what members need and recommend the right solutionsResolve concerns with patience, empathy, and a calm attitudeBalance your transactions and keep accurate recordsCollaborate with teammates across branches and departmentsAdjust smoothly to each branch's rhythm and teamWhat We're Looking For:Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar welcome)Comfort with basic computers and technologyA natural communicator who enjoys working with peopleReliable transportation to travel between branchesCash handling experience is a plus, but not requiredBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusSchedule:Monday through Friday, generally between 8:15 AM and 5:45 PM, with your branch assignment set based on staffing needs. You'll also work about two Saturdays a month until 1:30 PM.
