Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $50-65 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time positions and $5,000 for part‑time. Flexible schedules and competitive compensation with bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office‑performance bonuses. X‑ray completion and charting, and integration of images into patient charts. Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer Same‑Day Care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental conditions and review patients’ medical histories. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary and guide patients through the entire treatment process. Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). Ability to provide direct patient care, charting, and use of dental equipment. Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork.
