Job Summary RN CVOR Travel — Talented Medical Solutions. Full-time, Contract, Temporary Day shift (13 weeks). In-Office | Tuscaloosa, AL, United States. Must live 50 miles outside of Tuscaloosa, AL. Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Shift is 5x8 (40 hours weekly). Must circulate. Holidays required; every other weekend. Engage in continuous learning to enhance clinical skills. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols. Monitor and assess patient conditions pre- and post-surgery. Utilize performance metrics to improve personal and team outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients and their families. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately. Assist in the development of care plans tailored to individual patients. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures at all times. Contribute to team meetings and share best practices. Experience / Qualifications Current RN license with CVOR experience preferred. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training. Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively. Experience in maintaining sterile environments and adhering to safety protocols. Strong communication skills for effective patient and family interactions. Ability to collaborate with surgical teams for optimal patient outcomes. Familiarity with performance metrics to enhance team outcomes. Experience with documenting patient care activities accurately.
