CNA / Caregiver | $18-$27/hr | Flexible Full-Time

You deserve a caregiver-first agency that values your leadership and respects your need for a steady, full-time income. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Flex Caregiver, serving as a mentor and a "safety net" for seniors across Montgomery County.

The Role

Schedule: Full-time availability between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Expect 40 hours between those times

Impact: Provide high-quality personal care, step in for urgent client needs, and mentor new caregivers in the field.

Growth: Represent our agency during new client starts and collaborate with our care coordination team.

Requirements

Active PA CNA license or 4+ years of professional caregiving experience.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for in-person travel within Montgomery County.
