In this hands-on role, you'll use handheld scanners and warehouse systems, operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, and prepare compliant shipments for both hazardous and non-hazardous materials (49 CFR and IATA certification required).How You'll Make an ImpactPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time to meet customer expectations.Receive, transfer, consolidate, and put away inventory, maintaining accuracy throughout the process.Use handheld devices, printers, and warehouse systems to support inventory movement and order accuracy.Create shipments, bills, packing lists, and labels that meet hazardous and non-hazardous requirements (49 CFR and IATA certification required).Safely operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and order pickers, and load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.Maintain a clean, organized workspace through daily 6S standardsCollaborate with Warehouse, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, solving problems and escalating issues as needed.Bring Your ExpertisePrevious experience in operating PIV equipment and Material Handling is requiredHigh School Diploma or GED is requiredAbility to lift 50 poundsMust be comfortable at heights of up to 20 feet while operating PIV equipmentMust be able to sit or stand for extended periods as requiredBenefits @ EprediaMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits effective on first day of employmentPaid Holidays & Paid Time Off401(K) Retirement Plan – Company Matching Contribution up to 6%Annual Incentive Bonus Plan – eligible to participate to earn additional compensationStarting compensation is $19.00/hourShift Premium for 2nd shift
