Automotive Service Advisor - Up to $80k
Location: Broomfield, CO
Compensation: $52,000–$80,000+ per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–5:30 PM
No Weekends
What You'll Earn
- Base pay: $1,000–$1,500 per week (based on experience)
- 2% team commission on total shop sales
- Annual earning potential: $52,000–$80,000+

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and build lasting relationships
- Prepare accurate estimates
- Communicate with customers and technicians
- Explain repair recommendations in easy-to-understand language
- Order parts and keep repairs moving efficiently
- Keep workflow organized and technicians productive
- Help oversee daily operations when needed
We use Techmetric with digital vehicle inspections to provide transparency and help customers make informed decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid automotive knowledge
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Honest, dependable, and professional
Integrity is essential. If you don't know an answer, you're expected to find the correct information rather than guess.
Experienced technicians looking to transition into a Service Advisor role are encouraged to apply if they can effectively communicate technical information to customers.
